Jeff Wallace, Senior Business Development Consultant, provides the agency with more than 25 years of public and media relations' expertise and 30 years of private, public and military management with senior level human resources experience. Jeff has served a broad range of interests in a variety of sectors and industries. Jeff served as City Manager/Deputy Personnel Director for the City of Oswego, where he oversaw a $30 million annual budget, 24 department heads, and their respective 350 employees. In addition, his extensive background and understanding of contemporary media has provided him with opportunities to consult with Central New York business and community leaders on topics ranging from PR, media planning and coordinated advertising to strategic branding and market positioning. His previous work and experience has also put him before the U.S. Senate and Congress lobbying for local and national family and community issues.
