The Step One Creative Team

Mark Proud, Creative Director, provides Step One Creative and their clients with over 18 years of design and agency experience. Mark oversees all strategic and creative product development. Additionally, he assists with new business development and account management. A 1990 graduate of Oswego State University in Oswego, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design/Advertising, Mark has gained award-winning recognition for his designs for both national and international clients. He has worked with various Central and Upstate New York advertising agencies over the years, and has also owned his own creative agency, Proud Design, in Oswego.
