The Step One Creative Team

Shelby Stepien, Strategic Design/Planning Specialist, provides Step One Creative with years of design, sales, customer service, and management experience. In addition to assisting the creative and management team on client projects/concepts, she oversees all project flow, job traffic and planning initiatives. A Cazenovia College graduate with an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts, and a SUNY Oswego graduate with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design, Shelby compliments the agencies design team with diverse ideas and vision. A native and resident of Oswego, Shelby's past experience as a nutritionist also assures all agency staffers are on a healthy dietary track.
